The stunning ocean views and comfortable rooms were the best aspects of our stay. The breakfast had a variety of tasty options. The location was convenient, with many shops and stores nearby.

The hotel could use some renovation as the furnishings and decor were outdated. some staff members lacked hospitality skills and were not friendly towards guests.

The entire beach front hotel is one big construction site. The entire beach is being dug up, lots of machines that work all day long, not the optimum for a relaxing vacation, definitely disappointing because it was a beach ......... No information on this anywhere ....

very kind staff, room was really clean. romantic bacony with nice night view. clean bathtub and wide cozy bed, aircon works so well, four towels and full set of amenitys everyday, convenience room service until late, spa and pool inside the resort.

nothing near the hotel... need to hire driver to go to the main street no taxi in Lovina area. no hair dryer in the room and food was not very impressive.

Unfortunately due to gov works on beachfront could not access beach not a great beach because of this but hotel pool and staff were great and very frendly had to ask for mozzie coil as at night mozzie central but still a great place. The massage fantastic

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

It was far from the town, very quiet. Staff were friendly but I did not get a wake up call despite having organised this. Staff need to learn how to make cocktails. Beach has a lot of rubbish on it.

I could hear the power being generated.I like fresh air which I could not get without fly wire on windows. Rooms smell mouldy.

No internet access despite claiming it was available(the vouchers we bought did not work-we were credited their cost). No access to world cup matches on TV. Stale,reheated bread and pastries for breakfast. Very small serves for breakfast.

I recently stayed at a beachfront hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, situated right on the beach, allowing for stunning views of the ocean. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern decor that I loved. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. there were two swimming pools and a beautifully decorated garden to relax in.

Big noise from maschines on the beach, not the hotels fault, but disturbing for relaxation. But I guess it is over soon..

Spacious and modern rooms with a view of the ocean. Lovely decorated garden with two swimming pools. Good access to the beach for dolphin watching and beautiful sunrise and sunset photography opportunities.

The breakfast was not very tasty. The cleanliness was average.

The beach is not accessible, in the the swimming pool there are not enough sun beds, the room was dirty and with a bad smell. The spa is ok but very expensive.
